~New songs this week~ "Chair of Chairs" / Taiko Super Kicks Tokyo band's first album in 3 years! It's produced by Takuro Okada, and the ambient elements in the sound are great. The lyrics are abstract, but somehow strangely raw and have a unique atmosphere. (Yanatatsu) "Primitive Age" / Ritsuki Akiyama Tokyo SSW Ritsuki Akiyama. She also won the Grand Prix at the Mikakunin Festival under her previous name Ritsuki, but this is a song with a band using electric guitars! The video and the performance remind me of the momentousness of andymori, and it's great. (Yanatatsu) "NORMAL EVERYDAY" / Elsewhere Kikou This is "Elsewhere Kiko", a two-piece band from Tochigi! The vocalist's voice is gentle and I like it 🥺! I'm really looking forward to watching this video!(Mocchi) CRJA FUKUOKA is currently appearing on LOVE FM's "#Timpy" every Sunday in the corner "FRESH FINDS! We are looking for staff! • 9ALBUMS MAKING ME〜Mocchi ver.〜

Hello! We, CRJA FUKUOKA, are mainly involved in producing the weekly college chart and appearing on the LOVE FM Sunday noon radio show, "Teenage peeps"! However, many of you may be wondering who the members of CRJA FUKUOKA are. So, we asked the members to choose "9 pictures that make up me" in order to find out the real faces of the members who don't usually come out in public! Please take a look at the explanations and the songs that the members feel for each of them. (There is also a playlist at the end!). The first one is 9 songs by Mocchi, who became a new member in April! ①R.Y.U.S.E.I. - Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS from EXILE TRIBE This song was the beginning of my awakening to music. Until then, I had never listened to EDM or dance music. However, the scene in the middle of the song, where there are no lyrics and the vocals join the dance, was novel and stimulating. Incidentally, I also recommend the ballad version, which has a chill feel and is a relaxing song to listen to. ②Galaxy Expressway - The Humbreaders This is a song that I came across on a subscibe, but the rhyme scheme is good and it's easy to get into the groove of listening to it. If you listen to it while looking at the lyrics, you will find that there are lyrics that will encourage people to work hard. My personal favorite is the lyric, "Pack a piece of the dream that was just about to be discarded in a lunch box this big. As the title "Ginga Kosoku" suggests, the song has a sense of speed and makes you feel positive about doing your best today! It's a song that makes you feel positive. ③ DIAMONDS - Princess Princess I found out about this song from my mother, who liked it and used to sing it a lot, and since its revival in 2012, I've been seeing it more and more on music programs, and even though it was my first time seeing it, I felt that it never faded away. I was glued to the TV, wondering how such a cool girl could exist. This song reminds me of the sparkling worldview that only girls can have, regardless of their generation. ④ Your Song - SHE’S I feel that this is a melody with a sense of transparency that can only be achieved by a piano rock band. The keys in the introduction sound delicate, but the chorus has a powerful sound. The vocals overlay this melody, giving the song a sense of weight. This song also contains a cheering message, so I hope you will listen to it when you want to cheer up. ⑤ Ai no Katachi - MISIA MISIA is an artist who is loved not only in Japan but also overseas. When I heard this song at last year's Kohaku, I got goose bumps from her powerful and flexible singing. This song is also popular because GReeeeN provided the music for it. The lyrics include the spoken words, "Ano ne, I love you," which is a point of recommendation. I want to go to a live concert at least once before I die. ⑥ The Last Rain - Yasushi Nakanishi This song has been covered by many artists and is still considered a great ballad. I learned about it from an actor who sang it. As a comedian who loves ballads, I can't get enough of this song. The song is about a breakup between a man and a woman, sung from a man's perspective, and it makes my heart ache just listening to it. Nakanishi's voice is also attractive, making you feel sad just by listening to this song. ⑦ SING - DEEP This is also one of the best ballads. The song starts with the lyric "I want to sing" in the chorus, which shows the determination of their artists. The music video was shot in one take, and you can feel the tension in the way they breathe and sing, so be sure to check it out. ⑧ Treasure - Shunsuke Mita This is a simple song with just a guitar and a singing voice, but it somehow attracts me. When I listen to it while looking at the lyrics, it brings back memories of casual days with friends. The tempo and voice are comfortable, and I personally listen to it alone on my way home from playing with friends. I would like you to listen to it when you remember your precious friends. ⑨ BREAK TIME - MAY-DOG This is another song that I came across on a subscibe. May-Dog has a cute jacket, which is also a point of interest. This song has a relaxed tone and is easy for me to listen to as a beginner in rap and hiphop. It's perfect for Sunday mornings. Thank you for seeing this through to the end! CRJA FUKUOKA is appearing on the radio corner "FRESH FINDS!" in "Teenage peeps" LOVE FM 76.1. We are looking for staff! • 9ALBUMS MAKING ME〜Dafumi ver.〜

Hello! Continuing from the last issue, the second issue features Dafumi! I hope you enjoy it! (The playlist is also available at the end...!) The previous article is here↓. https://www.crjafukuoka.com/post/%E7%A7%81%E3%82%92%E6%A7%8B%E6%88%90%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%EF%BC%99%E6%9E%9A%E3%80%9C%E3%82%82%E3%81%A3%E3%81%A1ver-%E3%80%9C 1. Avicii / Stories(2015) This is the second album by Swedish producer/DJ Avicii. I've been influenced by Avicii a lot, and this is one of the albums I've listened to over and over again. each of Avicii's albums has a different style of music, and I personally feel that this album has a strong message, which is why it's my favorite! 2. Usher / Raymond v Raymond(2010) Usher is one of the most popular R&B male artists in America. Usher is one of the people who got me into listening to Western music, so I have a personal attachment to him. This album contains popular songs that everyone has heard of, so check it out! 3. Daft Punk / Alive 2007(2007) This is a live album by the legendary two-piece unit Daft Punk. If you listen to this album, you'll find that Daft Punk's songs are not only amazing, but they also have great mixing skills as DJs! Daft Punk's house music is very easy to listen to, so even if you don't listen to much house music, give it a listen! It's just so cool. 4. 4. arukala / okawarikudasai (2012) The self-proclaimed "eccentricities of the rock world", active mainly in Tokyo. I was introduced to this band by a friend who I became friends with right after I started college, and I've always loved this band. First of all, the appeal of Alcala is the high level of skill of each instrument and vocalist. As an instrumentalist myself, I am impressed! This is my favorite album. This album is my favorite, because the songs are very intense, but I love the melancholy part. 5. Dominic Fike / Don't Forget About Me, Demos(2018) I recorded a series of demos while on home confinement for assaulting a police officer in late 2017, and re-released those demos on this album. It's very difficult to explain the appeal of this album in words, but it has a nice rhythm, but the voice is a bit languid. It's very addictive. 6. The 1975 / A BRIEF INQUIRY INTO ONLINE RELATIONSHIPS (2020) This is the third album by the British rock band The 1975. The songs are great, of course, but the artwork is also very stylish. As you can see from the title of the album, the lyrics are also appealing as they cut to the heart of modern society and are a bit philosophical. I especially love the lyrics of "Sincerity is Scary," although it is a little difficult to understand. 7. Ritt Momney / Put Your Records On(2020) This is the only single among the nine featured here. I think it was a big hit last year. The lyrics are great... I knew the original song by Corinne Bailey Rae, but this cover made me love it even more. I love the electronic remix, the beat, the melody and Ritt Momney's voice are just too good! 8. Kygo / Coud Nine(2016) Kygo is a Norwegian producer/DJ who is one of the founders of the tropical house genre, which is derived from EDM. The Japanese version of Cloud Nine also includes Kyla La Grange/Cut Your Teeth (Kygo Remix). The Japanese version of Cloud Nine also includes Kyla La Grange/Cut Your Teeth (Kygo Remix), which I highly recommend you check out. 9. David Guetta / Nothing But the Beat Ultimate(2012) This is one of the albums by David Guetta, a very popular producer/DJ. Of course, the fact that this album contains some of his biggest hits is appealing, but the reason I chose this album is because it contains the song "Sunshine," which he co-produced with Avicii. I really like this song because Avicii was still in the early stages of his popularity at the time and was involved in the production. It's a simple composition with a classic EDM feel, but with side chained synths and a solid kick. Thank you for seeing this through to the end! • 9ALBUMS MAKING ME〜Ryo ver.〜

Hello! The 9ALBUMS that make up me, this time by Ryo, the most senior member of CRJAFUKUOKA🥳 There is also a playlist at the end, so please enjoy! Previous article is here↓ https://www.crjafukuoka.com/post/%E7%A7%81%E3%82%92%E6%A7%8B%E6%88%90%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%EF%BC%99%E6%9E%9A%E3%80%9Ctakkun-ver-%E3%80%9C 1. "Piercing"(2019) Nariakira Kobukuro This is the second album by a Japanese living in the UK. Honestly, I've been listening to this 90% of the time since its release a year and a half ago. The sound and lyrics are so complete as one album that it fits every situation and I discover more and more with each listen. I still can't forget the excitement I felt when I first heard it at midnight on the day of its release, and I'm still impatiently waiting for Oburo's new album and live performances every day. The previous album, "Seppukuha no Natsu" produced by Hikaru Utada, is also a great album. If you haven't heard it, listen to both of them right now. 2. "ai qing"(2018)KID FRESINO This is the third album by the Japanese rapper. I was drawn in by the variety of guest appearances and new sound approaches, and belatedly started digging hip-hop from this album. The first track "Coincidence" is so good that I tend to listen to it all the time, but it's a great album. I think it's really cool that Fleshino is trying to expand both Japanese music and hip-hop, just like the other albums that came out this year. 3. "eureka"(2013)Mushroom Empire Each person's favorite Mushroom Empire album is probably different, and I think they're all good, but I'd have to say this one. The aggressive guitar sound, strongly driven by negative emotions, is like another band from the days of "Chronostasis". The last song and the hidden track are also good. As a side note, there is a "weathering classroom" made by a high school student on YouTube. The last song and the hidden track are also good. As a side note, the video for "Weathering Classroom" made by high school students on YouTube is really good. 4. "RADWIMPS 4~Okazu no Gohan~"(2006)RADWIMPS Radwimps is what made me fall in love with music. I haven't listened to it in a long time, and it reminds me of when I was in junior high school. I went to Tsutaya and put it on my Walkman and listened to it. 5. "monkey girl odyssey"(2001)DREAMS COME TRUE I've been listening to this album since I was a baby, and I know all the albums well, because my mother only played Dorikam at home. This is the album I like the most, and the version of "24/7" that I coupled with zeebra in 2000 is still super cool to listen to now. I especially like the flow of the last three songs on this album. 6. "A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships"(2018)The 1975 This is the third album by a British band. It's been called the OK Computer of the new generation, and I have a feeling it's going to be treated as a great album decades from now. It's cool that the lyrics are super difficult and about social issues in this stylish way. The album seems to have a lot of different songs, but there is an underlying sense of unity around the jacket. I can relate to the last song from the title. I went to Korea before Corona and got to see them do a one-man show, which was a great memory. 7. "Blonde"(2016)Frank Ocean This is the second album by the American SSW. My friend told me that a great album is good from the first note of the first song, and that's exactly what this is. The overall feel of the sound and the development of "Pretty Sweet" have had a tremendous impact on the R&B world. When I listened to it recently, I felt that "Nights" had a little bit of Corona Disaster in it. I wonder when they'll release their next album. I wonder when they'll release their next album, and how crazy it'll be. 8. "Lesser Matters"(2003)The Radio Dept. This is the first album by a Swedish band. It's a rough sounding album with a musical style somewhere between shoegaze and dream pop. I especially like the second track, "Where Damage Isn't Already Done". 9. "What Chaos Is Imaginary"(2019)Girlpool This is the third album by the LA duo. The guitar sound is a bit languid, and the gentle voices and melody lines are so good that I never get bored of the whole album. It's the kind of thing you listen to while driving on a day when the sky is blue like the cover. Thank you for seeing this through to the end! • 9ALBUMS MAKING ME〜YUAver.〜

Hello! The 9 Songs that make up my life, and it's Yua's 9songs! From old classics to mentaiko rock... you can really feel the love for music in his selections 👀. There's also a playlist at the end! ↓Click here for the previous article https://www.crjafukuoka.com/post/%E7%A7%81%E3%82%92%E6%A7%8B%E6%88%90%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%EF%BC%99%E6%9E%9A%E3%80%9C%E3%81%A0%E3%81%B5%E3%81%BFver-%E3%80%9C 1.dear prudence/The Beatles The Beatles are the reason I started playing music, so I've always loved them, and I couldn't decide which song to choose. This song is simple, but as the song develops, there are many overlapping sounds, but they don't get in the way. It's a great learning experience. 2.new rose/damned I didn't really like punk until I was in high school. I thought it was just simple and uninteresting music that anyone could do, but when I heard this song, I was struck by the destructive power of the simple riffs and the feeling of wanting to jump out of bed with my body temperature rising from the inside. The mv is super cool, so check it out. 3.fade away/The Roosters I first heard of the Roosters when I was in high school, and my impression when I first heard them was that they were like the early Rolling Stones with a touch of punk. This song is one of the Roosters' most forward grooving and straightforward songs, so I think anyone can easily get used to it. No subs, so go to the record store! 4.beast of burden/Rolling Stones I think that bands can be roughly divided into two types: the Beatles type and the Stones type. I'm not saying that one is better than the other, but for example, I think Beatles songs are great no matter who covers them, but I feel that Stones songs are often disappointing when played by others. This song is no different, and I think only these guys could have played it with such a relaxed and tasteful performance that you would think they were drunk. Listen to it while taking a walk in the evening and you'll be soaked! 5.beautiful delilah/chuck berry Chuck Berry is one of the founders of rock 'n' roll. He has many famous songs like Johnny B. Goode and Carol, but this is the one I like the most. The appeal is the joy of the rhythm. The appeal of this song is the joy of the rhythm; it's like you're about to reach from country to rock and roll. I've been listening to it almost every day since I was a freshman in college. 6.Chuo Freeway/Yumi Arai I don't remember exactly how I came across this song, but I've always liked it very much. Every time I listen to it, I am impressed by how fashionable music was in Japan in the 70s. I used to listen to it when I was driving alone at night, but since I sold my car, I haven't listened to it lately. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a car. 7.No car, no phone, but / Unicorn Tamio Okuda of Unicorn is one of the musicians who inherited the Beatles-ism, and I have loved him since I was in junior high school. I chose this song because it sounds like the Beatles (laughs). It has a melody line with few ups and downs, which is typical of Tamio Okuda, but it has a pop sense that explodes in the chorus! That's how I feel. 8.I will survive/cake It's hard to explain the word "groove" in concrete terms, but instead of words, I'll answer, "Listen to this song! Instead of words, I'll answer, "Listen to this song! It's a mass of groove. It's not like rap, but I can't really explain it, so I'd like you to listen to it anyway. 9.cream soda / Supercar This is a coming-of-age song for me. I don't like to get too emotionally involved in music because I enjoy the sound, not the lyrics, but every time I listen to this song, I get lost in my memories and feel sad. It's a very good song. I don't have anything special to say about it musically. Thank you for seeing this through to the end! CRJA FUKUOKA is appearing on the radio corner "FRESH FINDS!" in "Teenage peeps" LOVE FM 76.1. • 9ALBUMS MAIKING ME〜Takkun ver.〜

Hello! Here are the 9 songs that make up me, and this time our new member Takkun 🙌. There's also a playlist, so please enjoy till the end. ↓Here's the previous article https://www.crjafukuoka.com/post/%E7%A7%81%E3%82%92%E6%A7%8B%E6%88%90%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B9%E6%9E%9A%E3%80%9C%E3%82%86%E3%81%86%E3%81%82ver-%E3%80%9C 1 incinerate / sonic youth This is a song by alternative rock masters Sonic Youth. The band had a huge influence on the later grunge movement, such as Nirvana. The irregularly tuned guitars are actually well calculated and beautiful. It also has a very cool, fast-paced feel to it. 2 Automatic / Hikaru Utada This is the famous first single of the Heisei era diva, Utada Hikaru. It's stylish and cool, and it's amazing that she wrote this song at the age of 15. It's a great song that will never fade away. 3 Leave Before the Lights Come On / arctic monkeys I came across this band on youtube and instantly fell in love with them when I first heard them. The beautiful chords are emotional, and the light guitar and distinctive vocals are really cool. 4 Graduation / Yuki Saito This is a classic song composed by Kyohei Tsutsumi. I love the gentle, warm, and somewhat sad feeling. I have been listening to Showa songs since I was a child, partly due to my grandparents' influence, so this song brings back memories for me. 5 Silent Majority / Keyaki Zaka46 This was the first CD I bought, and Zelkova-zaka46 and Nogizaka-46 were the first ones that got me into listening to music in earnest. I was in junior high school at the time, and I was shocked by the center of the group, Ms. Hirate, who was the same age as me. I still love the songs of the Sakamichi group. 6 chocolate / the 1975 One of the most important bands of our time, the 1975 has been in the indie rock trend in the rock scene since the 2000s, and their stylish and refreshing feel is perfect for mornings and driving. 7 Namida ga Kirari☆ / Spitz Spitz was often played in my mother's car when I was a little girl, and I get very nostalgic feelings when I hear it. I think that Spitz is my original experience of music. 8 basket case / green day I fell in love with this song after listening to a Western music omnibus, and it is the song that made me start listening to Western music and rock music more often. Green Day has a lot of pop songs that are easy to listen to, so I recommend them to people who want to try listening to Western music and rock. 9 Sakura no Mori / Gen Hoshino This is a song from the album "Yellow Dancer," which has a strong influence of black music. You can feel that influence especially in this song. I can't get enough of the pop and stylish so-called "Hoshino Gen feeling" in the intro. Thank you for seeing this through to the end! • 9ALUBMS MAKING ME〜Yanatatsu ver.〜

Hello! The 9ALUBUMS that make up me, and the last one is my leader, Yanatatsu! There's also a playlist, so please take a look until the end. ♪ Click here for the previous article.↓ https://www.crjafukuoka.com/post/%E7%A7%81%E3%82%92%E6%A7%8B%E6%88%90%E3%81%99%E3%82%8B%EF%BC%99%E6%9E%9A%E3%80%9C%E3%82%8A%E3%82%87%E3%81%86ver-%E3%80%9C 1. "A Long Day"/ Mitsume (2016) Mitsume is an indie band from Tokyo. Mitsume is a big reason why I've been able to research and like so much music. I saw them live once in my hometown of Sapporo, which led me to look into them more deeply, and I was really influenced by their wide range of musical beliefs, independent stance, and Takuroh Toyama, who does the photography for Mitsume, among many other things. As for Mitsume's music, I really like what someone said about it being like glass. The sound is harmonious with the sound of Japanese. It's the kind of music that stands out because of its transparency. 2.「Salad Days」/ Mac Demarco(2014) This is the second album by a Canadian SSW. I was influenced by my older brother in many ways, and music is one of them. When I visited my brother's house, I found this album playing on the record player. It had a unique guitar sound that was instantly recognizable as Mac Demarco, and the songs were filled with ambiguous emotions, like walking face down in the sunlight through the trees. It was so shocking that it stayed in my head ever since I heard it. This is the album that made me strongly aware of the world of foreign indie music, which I had never been exposed to before. 3.「Brahms:Symphony No.1」/ Carl Böhm, Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (1959) I used to listen to only classical music until I was in high school, so this one too. I remember being moved to tears when I heard it for the first time because of its solemn, rational, and passionate performance like a mass of energy. This is a special piece among the many Brahms pieces, and one that I think is full of the charm of classical music. Please listen to it at high volume. 4.『Ampersands』/ mei ehara(2020) I've loved this album since it was released under the name may.e. I first saw the video on youtube. I was very happy when I found out that Kakubarizm was releasing a CD. I really love the last album and the albums from my indie days, but this album was released during Corona and it became an important piece of support for me in 2020. I love the way her voice touches my heart as if it were touching my skin, and her lyrics are like turning a book one by one. 5.「That's Entertainment」/ Cymbals(2000) This is a very attractive album that includes some interviews, and has Cymbals' fast pace, stylish and charming pop, and a bit of irony. It's a great guitar pop album! This album is like a treasure chest that brings back sweet and sour feelings whenever you listen to it. 6.「Forever Turned Around」/ Whitney(2019) A folk-rock duo from Chicago. A morning by a lake, the air is a little cool and clear. Whitney, with her simple but clear guitar and voice, fits such an atmosphere very well. I hope they can make it to Japan... 7.「Riot On An Empty Street」/ Kings of Convenience(2004) A Norwegian folk duo that I came to know because of the influence of MIZ, the duo that the two members of MONO NO AWARE are playing. They have beautiful harmonies, a lyrical world that makes you feel a bit lonely, and each phrase is simple but beautiful and impressive, and the album is really great! This year, they are going to release their first album in 12 years, and one of the comments they made was "In any case make sure you can enjoy as an ALBUM! Dont let the fun playlists fool you, they will be gone in 10 years. But our album will remain." It's only now that we can think about how to face the album as a work of art. 8."Public Morality" / Public Morality (2015) This is an album by a Korean home-recording artist who is currently working under the name "Aerial Thief. This is a piece that destroys a certain image of home recording. The main focus is on the gut guitar performance, but there is a tremendous amount of information behind it, and it is hard to believe that the album is less than 30 minutes long, as you can't leave after entering the magnificent sound world of noise, electronic sounds, and exquisite sound distortion. It's hard to believe that it's less than 30 minutes long. Recently in Japan, I think it has something in common with the musical style of Hakushi Hasegawa. 9.「20/20」/ スカート(2017) Last but not least, we have Skirt, a Tokyo indie from the same generation as Mitsume. Skirt has an excellent pop sense, and this album has just the right balance of freshness and darkness. This is an album that has helped me personally in many ways.... This album has helped me in many ways... It has supported me when I was lonely and in pain, and it has also led me to my current activities as CRJA. This is an album that I will cherish from now on.
